Give Thanks


It turns out that being grateful is vital to happiness.


While this research isn't particularly new, it seems to get lost in today’s noise. As we all prepare for Threshold over the next week, let's see if we can make gratitude matter:


Think of something for which you are proud. Who made it possible?


Write down how grateful you are for their help and support. 


Reach out and thank them if you can.


Take note of how you feel.
